Management Team
As President of TelData, Vipul is responsible for the strategic direction, government marketing strategy, and financial strength of the company. He started his career in the consulting world in 1993 at Computer Sciences Corporation and has since worked at several small and mid-sized Information Technology Consulting companies with emphasis in government contracting in CFO and COO positions. Vipul became the COO of TelData in 2004, and its president in 2007. He also has helped build several successful organizations from the ground up.
Vipul received his MBA, with emphasis in Marketing and Finance from Virginia Tech.
Robert J Knoll, Vice President & Co-Founder
Robert serves the company in two significant areas: Overall direction of business development and strategic execution of client service and operations management. Of note, Mr. Knoll has provided Project Management support and technical expertise for nationwide network infrastructure design and installations for the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security. He started his career with the Bell Telephone companies and AT&T and has worked at TelData in various technical and management positions since its inception.

Divya Kapoor, Director of Business Development/ Contract Management
In her role as Director of Business Development, Divya is responsible for sales activities, marketing and capture management for Government Entities. In addition, she pursues strategic alliances with other federal integrators and also oversees TelData’s contract management function.
Divya received her LLM from Georgetown University
Sylvia Cullins, HR and Operations Manager
Sylvia helps manage TelData's day to day operations. She has over 30 years experience in human resources, benefits administration, facilities management, contract negotiations, telecommunications, and financial management. She is highly experienced with developing and sustaining productive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
Sylvia received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee in Social Studies.
Robert Lester, Commercial Project Manager
Robert is responsible for the day to day management of our Commercial Network Infrastructure, IP Telephony and IP Surveillance projects. He is a Certified Shoretel Advanced Engineer and holds certificates for several other communications products including Axis Network Cameras. Robert started his career at TelData 20 years ago as a Communications Engineer.
David Maze, Government Project Manager
David is responsible for the day to day management of our Network Infrastructure and Communications Government Contracts and preparing proposals for new task orders. He started his career at TelData 20 years ago as a LAN/WAN Engineer.
